Terms of Service

OverlayLive bridges your TikTok LIVE stream activity — gifts, follows, likes and comments — to a set of configurable, OBS-ready overlay widgets (goals, leaderboards, chat boxes, join alerts, a live quiz, a social media rotator and more) that you display through your own broadcasting software.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and you must comply with TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when connecting your TikTok account. You are solely responsible for your conduct on TikTok and for any consequences TikTok applies to your account; we make no guarantee about how TikTok enforces its own policies.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at jankenmatene933@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

The Service is offered on a single subscription plan (OverlayLive Pro) at $5/month, billed monthly through PayPal, with a 30-day free trial for new accounts that does not require a credit card. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

You agree not to: use the Service to violate TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines; use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm others; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service relies on third-party services — including TikTok (Login Kit and LIVE), Google (optional sign-in), and PayPal (billing) — each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

OverlayLive and its branding, software, and overlay designs are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of any content you configure (such as text, goals, or branding you enter), and you grant us a limited license to process and display that content as part of operating the Service for you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that TikTok's LIVE data will always be available or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OverlayLive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or violate TikTok's own policies in a way that affects the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do; continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
